     Sinoma has established raw materials production basis in Donghai, Jiangsu —our national crystal town in order to ensure raw materials stability.
     Sinoma developed the automatic and continuous big systematic equipment set by itself, one crucible will be formed in 10 minutes. The no burning crucible has higher original strength, it is not easy to be broken, and mold that made of unique materials is not easy to be broken, it has long service life and can ensure the uniformity of product size.
Sinoma adopts the world first continuous sintered tunnel kiln of the fused silica ceramic crucible, the crucibles continuously and uniformly pass the sinter line when they are sintering, uniform sintered temperature, non-deformed products and good sinter uniformity so as to guarantee the stable quality of the products.
Non-destructive test method which independently developed by Sinoma ensured the interior zero flaw of the crucibles before leaving the factory.
     The cleaning, drying and packaging of all Sinoma test qualified crucibles are in the 100,000 grade ultra-clean room, in order to ensure the cleaning of the crucibles before leaving factory. Product code and barcode ensure the tracking of the product quality.
